Can I reuse the press-on nails?
Yes, all of our nails are reusable, as they are made with high-quality craftsmanship and can be worn and used multiple times with proper care.
How do I know what size to order？
You can measure your own nails and find your size from our size guide images. We have provided size charts and nail shape guides for each product link, making it easy for you to compare.
What shapes and length nails do you offer?
At the moment, we offer 11 nail shapes, and you can check size chart here.
How do I wear/remove the press-on nails?
1. How to Wear？
· Remove the nail file and lightly polish the nail surface to remove grease.
· Wipe the nails surface clean with an alcohol cotton pad, then let dry.
· Choose the right size press-on nails and stick the jelly glue on the back of the nails.
· Press the nails from the front edge of the nail root for about 10s until it’s firmly attached.
· After pasting, use nail file to correct the edges neatly.
2. How to Remove？
The best way to remove the press on nails is to soak them in warm soapy water for 3-5 minutes, then use a wooden stick to lift the edge and gently wiggle it around to remove it.
How should I care for my press-on nails in my daily life?
Avoid household cleaners or harsh chemicals as much as possible! Nails are more permeable than skin. Prolonged contact with water can also dry out your nails and hands, so be sure to wear gloves when doing household chores.

When To Ship?
Some of our products are handmade, so there is a certain production cycle. To ensure that your nail art set looks perfect when worn, our production time is usually 7-10 business days. During holidays or peak order periods, the time may be extended. Once the product is finished, we will ship it as soon as possible after checking that everything is in order.

Will the product I receive be damaged?
First of all, I'm very sorry that you have encountered such a problem. Our products are designed and made with craftsmanship. We fully understand the disappointment and distress when receiving damaged goods. This is definitely not the experience we want to bring to you. Please rest assured that we will solve it for you as soon as possible to ensure that your rights are not affected.
The processing process is very simple. You only need to:
1. Please contact customer service by email (sales@joyoysy.com) within 48 hours after receiving the goods, and be sure to note your order number;
2. Attach 3-5 clear photos of the damaged parts (it is recommended to include the full appearance of the product + damage details + packaging, so that we can quickly determine the cause of the problem);
Our customer service will respond to you within 3 working days. Please pay attention to the email inbox in time (sometimes the system determines that it will be in the trash).

What is your return and exchange policy?
For hygiene reasons and the product integrity of the product, we are unable to process exchanges or refunds. Therefore, you must confirm that you can accept the slight difference that may exist between the actual color and the color shown on our website. · Color & Sizing: The nature of handmade artistry may result in slight variations between the actual product color and the images displayed on our website. This is part of the unique charm of handmade art and is not considered a defect. To ensure your press-on nails fit perfectly, we strongly recommend carefully measuring your nail size before ordering, or referring to our. We regret that we cannot offer returns or exchanges for products that do not fit due to incorrect size selection.
